Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use Policy

Section 7

Game Rules and Technical Errors

Where game-specific rules conflict with these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that particular game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, b5777 reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected period and return stakes to the player's account. b5777 will not be liable for any losses a player claims to have incurred as a result of a technical failure affecting game availability or outcome delivery.

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension and Termination

Upon termination for cause, b5777 may withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where termination is initiated voluntarily by the player and no Terms violations are present, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b5777, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of gaming sessions caused by network failures, server downtime, or circumstances beyond b5777's reasonable control.

b5777's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by b5777's gross negligence or fraud.

Amendments to These Terms

b5777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, b5777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
